If it is Windows 7/Vista/XP, you can choose the Standard or Professional edition.
If your OS is Windows server 2008(R2)/2003 and your computer is a domain controller, you can turn to the Enterprise edition.
If you want to reset local password for Windows 2008(R2)/2003(R2), the Professional edition will be your best choice. Learn more on the differences among the three editions from Comparison Table.

This disk can be created for both local and domain account.
